Work-life Balance is something that is very important to all of us but sometimes we get so wrapped up in our day-to-day that we forget the importance of making sure we have an equilibrium that works for us. This 2 hour workshop gives you the opportunity to reassess your current situation and take guided steps towards improving your work-life balance and life satisfaction.

We help your team discover or rediscover the team vision, enhance teamwork, build trust among team members, increase team awareness beyond each individual, support developing empathy and shared commitment.

We offer monthly, quarterly and one-off packages depending on the needs of the team and business. Each course is tailored to suit the individual team. Includes 360° Assessment

360° ASSESSMENT

360° Assessment and Feedback can prove extremely useful for both the organisation and individual employee. What we aim to achieve through this process is:

• Discover employee strengths and weaknesses
• Provide a sound basis for development and succession planning
• Offer a sound starting point for performance improvement
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Reinforce competencies and behaviours required for the role

This style of assessment can be performed both online or face-to-face depending on the preference of the client. The process involves confidential assessment from peers, managers and potentially directors, the consolidation of results and a 60-minute feedback session for each candidate.
